Showed up at 4:58 after racing from work to make it by 5. Door already shut. Long line of folks. Lady from the other day said from behind the counter no more pickups. The same one that was rude the other day. I said in front of everyone else it’s 4:58. You close pickups at 5. I looked at the people around as most of them were mad about the line and looked miserable to be a part of the USPS process. One guy in line just looked at me and laughed and said they don’t care and she won’t listen to you. I just walked out choosing to not let it ruin my day. This place though, avoid it at all cost.
Unorganized, unprofessional, worst public service that my tax money is paying for. It is almost 10am and I’m waiting for an 0830 counter to open up to pick up my mail that they failed to deliver when I was home- very very common with the postal workers here. It’s a complete disaster so prepare to wait 30-45 minutes minimum for anyone to talk to you. Employees walk by staring at the ground not willing to help you. This is outrageous
Worst experience ever. Carrier from this post office marked my package as “delivered” on October 17th 2020 at 7:38 pm. I did not see the package. When I came to the post office the girl told me “the carrier accidentally scanned it delivered but he will deliver it today” what the heck!! I still don’t have my package.so why is the carrier lying and stealing packages. Can’t get a hold of the supervisor or anything. They also broke our mailbox several times and refuse to fix it so I’m not even getting mail where I live.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My apartment complex's master lock was tampered with so my mail was being held at location. It took the post office months to even come out an fix it (which is a whole other issue). I went up there multiple times to collect my mail and only received a few things here and there (after having to wait 30 minutes each time). I still have mail from BEFORE Christmas that I am waiting for. As of last week, I was able to receive mail at my apartment complex and I have not received any of this mail. One time when I went up there to pick up my mail, the person basically told me that the mail was an unorganized hot mess. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have important documents that I have been waiting on since November. I feel helpless and annoyed because there is literally nothing I can do about this short of waiting for the post office to get their stuff together. I am so displeased with this lack of service.
This place is an absolute JOKE. My mailroom was vandalized so I had to pick up all my USPS mail here. I arrived near the end of the day one a Saturday and waited for quite sometime while the woman working went back to look for my mail. She returned with some of it (half of the letters were not even addressed to me). I went to my car and realized the small package she gave me was not the the package I was expecting (a prescription that I need). The package I needed indicated by tracking number that it had arrived and was being held at this location THREE days prior. I went back inside and informed her that I had a small package being held that she had left out. She then told me they were closed and to come back Monday. There was one other person being helped. This USPS worker made the mistake of not collecting all my mail and then refused to collect it at 2:32pm despite me being there well in advance of closing and the only reason I had to go back and ask for the additional mail was because SHE FAILED TO GIVE IT TO ME THE FIRST TIME EVEN THOUGH IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE FOR 3 DAYS. This particular employee was so rude and incompetent. I would avoid this place like the plague.
