They never seam to have enough people to take care of a long line and it’s very tireing to stand especially for us older people,people can be heard working in the back Can’t they get called to help that poor cashier to shorten the line... that only makes sense please take care of this issue
This place is terrible. I was waiting long time and no one come out around 20’.
The lady that works here “ marcela was being very rude and wasn’t being helpful at all “ It’s my first time Mailing out my tax forms ! So I am very new to this process and very confused about the address “ She was very unpolite” when I walked in I knew she was frustrated because she was on the phone with somebody letting them know that she needed her lunch break and that there was nobody else in there helping her with whatever she needed to get done” absolutely unacceptable “ she was taking out her frustration out on me and that’s not OK I hope somebody fires her “
Masterfully rude staff. It appears they actually go out of their way to minimize the amount of helpnoffered, while maximizing the amount of attitude they give. It’s impressive to watch, almost like a scene from a movie or episode of Saturday Night Live.
I usually don’t post reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I live in an apartment near this post office and ever since March, I have gotten no mail. I called my apartment front office and they said that the post office had stopped delivering mail or taking the time to put it in the mailboxes at the complex. When I went to the post office to retrieve my mail, they were rude and treated me like I was stupid. They told me the apartment had lost my mail and that they didn’t have it. No one would help me and so I still have not found any of my lost mail which included packages. If I could give zero stars I would.
