Went here for the first time when the location on south st was experiencing problems with their system. The lady I dealt with was very rude and seemed like she was just trying to get me out the door. She grabbed my package and put the address in right away. She didn't confirm the address on the package with me, didn't ask what was in it (I could have put anything in there and I'm sure she would have taken it), didn't ask about insurance, and overall just seemed to be rushing me. I wasn't happy about that. I have tracking so I just have to hope everything else goes smoothly and it gets to the destination safely. If you are able to go to the location on south st (when the system isn't down) I definitely reccomend it. It is much better than this one.
Have not received mail in a while, they put a paper over the back of the po box. Been calling the location and the customer service, no response. I paid for the po box but not receiving any mail, total BS wish I could give zero stars
Mean and rude service . Wasting customer time
I have only seen 2 staff members. One is an older gentleman. He was professional and polite. The other was a woman who was very rude, her main goal was for me to get out so she can go back to her phone. I asked if my when Payment due is and she shouted to me until i feel to leave.ud83dudc4eud83cudffc
The lady at the post office wouldn't scan my box she said it was too big to scan and to take a picture of the shipping lable and to put it inside the door where the employee's work and she didn't give me any recipe and at this point i can't track the returned box which is a $400. Box and they don't want to take responsibility for there actions. By the way i did ask her to scan the box 3 times and she said it was too heavy to carry. Maybe a small clames court can help.
