I have a package saying it's delivered yet its never shown up. I think this post office needs to be reported to the post office General.
For two weeks I have been attempting to reach these folks by phone, to no avail! They should consider disconnecting their phone service because they NEVER answer it. Truly sub-par service...
I'm fed up, I keep leaving my correspondence somewhere else and it just gets lost
For 6 months after moving I've been receiving mail from other residents at my old address. Each time it happens, I tell them and it has yet to be resolved. Tried calling and I think after a while, they just started ignoring me. Pretty frustrated at this since I know the names are similar but not so much so that you couldn't tell the difference.
I prefer shipping from this location rather than a Houston location because the clerks are always quick and nice. Packages from the more southern parts of Texas seem to move faster than out of Houston. I am able to come to this one and the one in Gregory, Tx while traveling for work, so it works out great for my situation.
