The staff that work inside are rude and unhelpful. The post office is too small. Their outgoing mail, both inside and outside the post office, is full often. Particularly on Sunday's. We have a small business. Our mail lady cannot pick up our mail from the mailbox because she doesn't have enough room in her tiny car. On many days, the boxes at the post office stay too full to bring the mail in. There is absolutely no place to put medium to large boxes when the post office is closed. We work when they are open! Very frustrating and inconvienent for us.

This is by far the worst customer service I've ever had. They complained that they had to count my money. The workers have the worst attitude I've ever experienced. I now drive a hour from home so i dont have to deal with there poor service.

Several Sparta Post Office personnel are very good at their jobs, which is to provide a quality service to USPS patrons. Quality service includes answering the customers questions regarding mailing/shipping options, postage cost and do so in a non-arrogant manner. One of them is rude and arrogant. She has dark short thick curly hair and is as ugly and dumpy as she is rude. Avoid this wench.

Customer service everytime I go in so unfriendly with one person I don't even know her. I hope I do not end up with her but I do everytime. She looks like she hates her job!

The woman with the ugly nails that works during the day up front is not worth wasting your breath to talk to. All I wanted to do was hold my mail there for a week while I was out of town and she literally gave me hell about using the free service that they offer as a post office. Because I’m going to be moving in the future she didn’t want to let me hold my mail. I haven’t even put in a change of address still up to this point and she tried saying that because I’m moving in the future I can’t hold my mail. Ended up getting my mail held for the week while I was on vacation but I’m telling you I’ve never had a bad experience at a post office of all places in my life and then there was this Sparta , TN post office .. ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f worse customer service ever ! I think she was more concerned with her nails as I was speaking to her.. rude Bimbo
