I have been here for 25 years, the day before yesterday I opened my door to find a big bundle of mail with rubber bands around it, turns out it was dropped at my door and has 8 different peoples names and apt. Numbers, and mail, I called Hendersonville post office for 2 days already, took me all day to get anyone to answer and lady yesterday and a man today said they would send someone right or to pick it up, still outside in my breezeway, I'm afraid to touch it's the US mail, so I guess we'll see tomorrow

worst service ever packages just sit there for delivery, tried calling them after waiting over 15 minutes they just hang-up. Rude employees

They are very rude and miserable and it shows through their work performance. I had a check mailed to me certified to my P.O. Box at this location. When tracking, it didn’t move from the same spot for over 3 days, just sitting there. I go to the post office to see if it could have been lost in the mail, I was asked, “wasn’t you here yesterday? You have thentracking number, so track it yourself, it is what is says on there.” When I say she was so loud and unprofessional, it was so embarrassing.

Truthfully one of the best post offices I’ve ever used. The service has only gotten better since I moved here. Even during the pandemic, service has improved. They should charge more.
