Witnessed a man mail carrier throw a package on friends door step and hopefully it's not breakable. Is it so hard for him to bend over and place it on the mats. This is not our normal carrier here at stoneridge farms apartments.
Long lines. Rude. Very slow service. Government inefficiency at its finest.
If zero stars were an option, that is the rate I would give. This is the worst USPS experience I have ever had. Packages are constantly being delivered to incorrect address!! Currently dealing with a package that hasn't even been located yet. Have been calling and going physically into the post office and getting the run around. Delivery note states it was delivered to addressee, yet it was confirmed it was actually delivered to the complex front office. Front office has looked through packages multiple times, it is not there. I can't get replacement items, as this was limited edition purchase. While I understand carriers have a lot to deliver, this one could at least try to do their job correctly. Miss the days of carriers actually delivering packages to your door when too big for mailbox. When carriers actually did their job. This location needs to do better.
I have a package that my tracker says has been there for about 2 weeks. When u try to call it’s an 800 number that brings you to a bureaucratic labyrinth that I promise u will never navigate. Does anyone know the number to the actual post office.
Not a good experience. Package dropped on a Monday Night and they started to process it on Thursday. So slow!
