My husband had to go in to pick up mail that was attempted to be delivered to our house. He has a stutter speech impediment. He waited in line at the post office and when he got to the front he went to speak to the man. He stuttered and the man got irritated with him because he couldn't understand him at first. So my husband ran out of the office embarrassed and defeated in front of everyone. This is ridiculous. Do. Better. People.
I'm here all the time shipping packages for ebay. Unless there's a long line, everything runs smoothly and quickly. Despite the other reviews, the man at the front is very nice and hasn't given anyone a problem all the times I've been there.
Awful experience. The long haired gentleman at the front desk on Friday 10/30/15 was unsympathetic and intolerant to my explanations. I achieved nothing after having to miss work to get there on time. I ended up closing the mailbox did not get any forwarded mails because he said my mails have been returned to senders.
