Major amount of complaints are from people who don't understand its not supposed to be a high volume center. Lot of people moved here, and complain. Other than wait times during essentially what are pretty normal circumstances, its a fast, efficient location with one clerk working the counter.nnTake your @$$ to the Wilma Rudolph facility or goto Office depot if you don't want to go here. Or learn to make postage at home and drop it off.

The line went all the way to the back of the PO Boxes. The entire building was full of people waiting in line. No movement. It’s not worth your time to stop here. Go to the main office. All I had to do was drop off a package, it already had a label and shipping was paid for. Should only take 2 seconds not 2 hours. It’s always been this busy and slow everyone I stop here. I will never try to come here again.

It's easy to get in and out

I have had trouble with this post office since way back the people are rude in most cases I can tell you a name of one in particular but I know better but you call and you don't get an answer you sign up for the mail that you get in your email to tell what is expected of the day when you don't get it you can't sign that you don't get it like today I got absolutely nothing that I was told I was going to get if it were up to me I would get all my mail from FedEx or UPS so long as the United States Post office didn't deliver it p I would be happy to pay the extra money to get it. After holding onto the 800 number over an hour I decided to hang. I don't know if they need new people at the Wilma Rudolph post office or if they need a new post master or mistress whichever they have but they need somebody like I said if I could get someone else to deliver my mail I would and I have always stood up for the post office and I have no reason why other than I hated to see them clothes I really don't care

Slowest man ever works here. 1 customer took an hour and no one else to help others... ridiculous but its government run so no surprise really
