Went to mail some envelopes and it was a very quick and pleasant process. Employee was friendly and efficient. There was only one person in front of me so I was in and out pretty fast.
My problem is with the mail carrier on Carding Machine rd. We can be home all day but receive a note to come pick up the package at the office cause there was no secure place to leave it!!! Did not even try to deliver it just leave the note to go get my package. This is happening a lot lately not just because of Christmas either, getting into a habit of leaving the packages at the post office and not doing their job. The workers at the office at fine they are very helpful accept when you complain that their driver is not trying to deliver the packages. Really getting tired of this happening.
I've learned to go around 1pm and those guys are always helpful, eager to get my many packages weighed and ready for shipping.
Great service and a friendly attitude every time I go.
The staff is friendly and quick. The mail carriers well....guaranteed that your mail will be in the neighbours mailbox or who knows where.
