This post office in particular is ran very poorly. I am not sure if the post master is just overwhelmed or simply does not care. Most of the desk clerks are new and not as knowledgeable as the ones which retired from years past. As far as the mail carriers for this location they could not be any worse I don't think. First off that simply can not drive. Secondly they do not even know what street that they are on or what house number they are at most of the time. It is absolutely pitiful. I wish the post office would fall into the hands of the private sector. They could be unstoppable with proper leadership.

I have been calling for 3 different days at several different times throughout the day and no one ever answers. I try to schedule a redelivery online and can never get through, so that’s not an option. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either. So ridiculous.

I miss our old mail man. The new person can’t read addresses and continuously keeps putting the wrong mail in my mail box. I’m having to deliver it to my neighbors hands. Which I don’t mind but where is mine? I get that this is a hard time but you should not hire people who can’t read it’s problematic.

Hey USPS, NO wonder your going broke. When delivering a LIVE ANIMAL (as obviously MARKED ON THE PACKAGE) YOU SHOULD NOT LEAVE IT IN 100° HEAT OUTSIDE. NO KNOCK. NO DOOR BELL RING. NO EMAIL. NO NOTIFICATION OF ANY KIND. Thank God we were expecting the delivery and checked. I have no clue how long my new axolotl was sitting out side (less than 30-40 minutes) but all I know is when I got her in FINALLY the ice packs were already warn despite the many MANY layers to remain cold. WHEN DELIEVERING A LIVE ANIMAL, ALERT THE PEOPLE!!! oh and also ANSWERING THE PHONE IS NICE.
