Nice, courteous staff.

On this date I was to have a package delivered per my tracking number. I checked the tracking again and it stated that delivery was attempted but the package is now being held at the post office at the request of the customer. This is not true. I never requested this package to be held. If there was a issue and they just did not want to deliver today just say that. Don't lie and say that I requested the package to be held. Of course this update was made at 4pm right as they close so there is no one to complain to at the location and I have no way of picking up my package. Worst Post office ever.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The only saving grace this post office has is the sweet lady that works behind the counter. You will see her often because if you have packages sent to your home, you have to go there and get them. I have numerous neighbors that are reporting not getting their packages as well. We are all being told it's not safe or we aren't home. I work from home and have surveillance, so the not being home part is not factual. I do have a gravel driveway that was washed out. We spent almost 1000 dollars putting new gravel down for the mail lady and the postmaster to say that it is still not safe because their tires spun on the freshly laid gravel. I have had mail delivered from every carrier, but them. Fedex and UPS delivered on the same day that I was told USPS couldn't because my driveway is unsafe. I have made numerous reports and so have other neighbors with no resolution. My packages have been left in bushes, in the road, or simply not delivered. My credit card was also delivered to another house. These are government paid employees that are getting paid for a job that they are not doing. Everyone talks about the postal service becoming obsolete, this is why. Other carriers will do the job that you won't. You are wasting our tax dollars and it is absolutely pathetic. If I refused to work as much as you do, I would have been fired. If I can get a news channel involved in this, I will. You should be ashamed at your work ethic. Gary delievered to us for 12 years and we never had one issue.

We have really nice people working here. They try their best to help you with anything you need. The mail carrier will deliver packages to my front door. And toot so I Know he is here.

They are really fast and reliable. They got me my package faster than I was expecting. Quality service all around.
