If you need postcard stamps, this is a great place to get them! The clerk is friendly and I almost always run into friends here.
Always completely understaffed. Expect to wait 30+ minutes each visit.
Was here for renewing my son's passport. Had an appointment at 9 am and Vickie took care of us and she was thorough professional.nShe called us exactly at 9 am to her counter, checked all our documents, collected them in order, she made a note of the details in the passport application and as parents asked if everything entered was correct and then asked us to sign the application.nNot talking about any other services, the passport application for my son went through well.nAlthough they were out of photo service on that day and they were calling up people to let them know.nIt's better to take photos with you.
Literally EVERY week we get mail in our box that belongs to other people. Today I received a package that was wedged in my box. I could not even pull it out without help. One day I came home and some of our mail was laying on the ground under my mail box. I have been in to speak with the post master but I have lived here now for five years and it just gets worse. I know other people are getting my mail too. So bad.
I’ve shipped items from here a few times and it was pretty simple overall but not thanks to the reps at the counter. They don’t seem to be very patient people and couldn’t care less about making it clear that you’re not worth their time.
