The clerk “Rajan” is so very unprofessional he didn’t give me a chance when checking out to have the register system send me an email of my receipt which I need for accounting purposes. He answered the question for me which he did not have my permission to do.
The staff here on not trying to rush people through as fast as they can. Rather, they will take the time to make sure the job is done well, and that their patrons know the options available so that they can pick the one that best suits themnnWe are delighted with our local post office!
Some one here has stolen my package it was an IPhone I was returning to sprint. My husband dropped my ups pre-printed return labeled package off here in august and asked the clerk (a heavier set white woman) if they took ups returns. She told him yes and took the package and told him a receipt will be emailed to the persons account who the phone was for. I NEVER received an email and the phone magically disappeared. I’m fuming since this investigation has been on going for months. There is terrible communication they claimed to have left me messages but I don’t even have any missed calls or voicemails. I keep getting the run around and nobody seems to know what happened to my package. So I’m in the hole for a phone that was stolen. Figure this out I will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! If you value you items do not use this location they will rob you!!!
Great post office.
Love this Post Office. Very homey and a beautiful old building. The staff is very helpful and cordial. Regarding the other posts, well, maybe those customers bring out the worst in people. This post office is small and old fashioned and perfect ~ a neighborhood P. O. - If you want lots of metal and aluminum and brushed pewter with giant lobbies and lots of machines.. go somewhere else. I love this old place. I'm surprised they don't sell penny candy.
