It's the worst post office! very bad customer service, there are employees who do not follow the protocol that they simply do what they want. They do not care about the client, they believe that one is going to ask a favor. Please!!! stop being ignorant !!! The customer is the one who pays the services !!! Find another job if we like it. The manager of that place should look for employees with a good attitude, motivated! not bitter frustrated.
Old woman who works overthere, don't know her job unfortunately need to go to another usps office who were able to accept my prepaid packages
This office always had pleasant staff, is clean, and gives good advice. Though it gets crowded at times, the clerks are more than capable.nI wish they ran the country!
I’m not sure who was doing deliveries today, but my package was not delivered just because the addressee on the label is different than the one on the mailbox. It contains time sensitive, important content and now I have to wait for a second shipment. This hasn’t happened before. I’m very unsatisfied.
It is very unfortunate that I have to leave 1 star review as there are couple of lovely ladies that work here, however, one woman is a complete nightmare and loves giving you a hard time, if I see her working and no other staff is there I will not go in and will go to another location.
