My package was scheduled for delivery June 2nd 2020. I checked the tracking number and it's been at the 02205 location for about 8 days and hasn't moved. Thanks for delaying my package! Will I ever get it? You can do better I'm sure!

I always have a good experience at this facility in exception on 04/15/2020 at 8:41 pm. Staff (Robenson) at the counter was extreme rude. He refuse to scan my prepaid package state it was too heavy for his scale ”it mess up his scale” that was his exact word. I felt helpless because he told me just leave my 3 large packages at the lobby and somebody will take care of it. He was on his headphone and completely ignore me. Thank you for other gentlemen working at the time who is willing to help me to scans the packages and bring it inside the facility.nnTo all management at USPS please recognize my frustration and such employee should not be working for customer service. No paying customer should ever endures this type of customer service.nnThank you for reviewing it!
I am a small business owner and I am consistently shipping packages. This post office not only has great hours but every staff member I have interacted with has been fantastic. Best post office experience for sure.
Unfortunately, I am one of those people who ships packages for Christmas at the last minute, so I find myself every year at this post office at 11 p.m. on the last possible shipping day.nnThe lines are very long, as apparently I am not alone in my particular habit. The employees, however, keep up good cheer and excellent customer service.nnI appreciate each of them for keeping up the good work, despite the difficult working conditions. Thank you!
