Horrible service. I received an e-mail from Carolyn Roberts that they had received my claim and were working on it. I never heard back and then about a week later they sent me a survey asking me to rate their customer service (the claim had been closed). No resolution, no contact, nothing. I emailed back, still no response. First they lost my package (worth $160) and then refused to communicate. I will be forced to take this up with higher management. Would give zero stars if possible.nnUpdate - i was finally able to contact this location and they steered me in the right direction. Still no solution refund or package though :/
I haven't received my mail in 3 wk ok and all of sudden the mail man stop delivering to my address with no notice. I be waiting to receive my paycheck from my job it's been 2 wks nothing yet
Lost two packages in two months that were delivered by this post office. Both showed delivered but I never got it. When I called, they just said maybe someone stole them. But all my other packages delivered by other carriers were fine.
This is the 5th time I have had a package not delivered. I get a text saying a notice was left, I run downstairs and no notice was left and no truck was anywhere to be seen. How in the 10 seconds it took for me to run downstairs did the notice and truck disappear. What is so hard about leaving a notice or sending a text alert that package will be delivered in 5 or 10 mins just like they send text alerts everything else.
I would love an explanation of why my packages are suddenly going missing after routing through here. Have they just given up???
