I’m giving these 5 stars for the Roxbury postal workers that give 5 star service despite the office’s reputation as a whole.nI got my package today. It wasn’t medical supplies, it was something frivolous and I realized today we have to put this kind of thing in perspective.nBe niCe to your mail carrier’s they deal with a lot.
Our mail was lost and misdirected for several months. People were friendly but did not return phone calls, did not pick up the phone, did not help with the investigation. Very disappointed, particularly because the staff seemed to be very friendly and nice.
You're better off hand delivering your own packages than relying on them to do their jobs
I haven't received mail on the regularly based first then I believe your postal people are stealing mail. I haven't received a piece of mail and it's been almost two weeks and this mail was sent from roslindale.
