I came here to buy stamps and had a pleasant experience with their postal workers. I did not need much help and already had payment ready, so there was not much room for conflict as the other reviews mention. I was only in line for a few minutes, and the gentleman at the front desk helped me pick out a set of pretty stamps to send my holiday letters with.nnOverall: Decent Post-office.
For whatever reason, this location has some of the rudest postal workers I have ever seen (especially the older gentleman). The last two times we've been here, my fiancee has left the building in tears. I urge upper management to fix this issue immediately and to teach their employees some human decency. We will use any other location until this basic issue is resolved and I urge others to stay away at all costs.
Very rude staff, particularly the older man. He was very condescending and unpleasant. I'm truly shocked that USPS would hire someone this rude. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I will no longer be using USPS for my shipping needs. I advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs.
Some people that work there are really mean.
Long story short, one worker there (middle aged, short hair male) was extremely rude and condescending. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Brookline Village, much more friendly and professional.
