I am disappointed with the service at this USPS location, at 303 Cambridge St, Cambridge, MA 02141. I went in today to mail a parcel and asked for some information about different mailing options from the representative, to be able to decide which one fits me best. (I had the stuff and addresses with me, but it was not obvious if they fit into flat rate boxes or not and which size, that is why I requested the info)nThe guy in charge did not try for a second to listen to the question, instead hastily said you need to bring me your box with written address on that so that I can give you info. The problem was that I required the info in the first place to be able to get the right box. Despite my attempt, the guy did not provide any meaningful information. He did not seem to be motivated/competent enough to get the prerequisite logic. I ended up leaving the store in frustration.nnAfter the first unsuccessful attempt, I found another USPS a few blocks away in the same street at 1311 Cambridge St, Cambridge, MA 02139 and repeated the experience. This time, the person in charge was a highly professional and helpful lady who did her best to provide good service. She give me the information I needed and I was able to come up with a good mailing option, and completed the task.
I've rarely had to wait at this location, and the staff are very nice and efficient!

The weekend staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. This one star is for the weekday staff (lady in her 50s - 60s) who works there during the weekdays. She is rude, has poor service and does not treat customers with respect.
I love this location the ladies are so caring and professionalism is too notch.
