Amazing service and Great people who work here! They're very helpful with what you need and Informative!
Several times when putting packages in my mailbox, they literally cram it in there, making it impossible to get out without completely damaging said package. I've called a few times to complain but they still do it. I also just recently ordered a VERY expensive CPU for my computer and without even knocking on my door, they literally just left it outside on the porch where it could have easily been stolen. Not to mention it was pouring down rain. This postal service is trash!
No way to get ahold of a person.. have very limited automated responces.. when trying to get a person ot hangs up
They do not do their job, they always leave pink slips to pick up larger packages, Saying sorry I missed you, But they never even come to the house to try to deliver. PURE LAZINESS.
