This post office is quite the piece of work. The employees There are extremely rude and very unprofessional. We are a local business that ships 100 packages a day with USPS and these postal workers have treated us very poorly for dropping off our packages to their loading dock. We were refused service there and only after calling our commercial rep and explaining to him that we need a dedicated pick up for large quantities of packages were we able to work this out. We also order supplies to ship out express packages that are delivered by the local letter carrier. Today he blew a gasket about having to drop off 8 packs of boxes and was irate and cursing in front of our customers. This kind of treatment from a company that we spend a great deal of money with is unacceptable.
Went to this post office a couple days ago (12/21/20) to drop off a few packages. The lady that was helping me out was incredibly rude. She was constantly muttering her annoyance under her breath. I noticed that the coworker next to her started to whisper while looking at me. Who knows what they said, but it sure made me feel unwelcomed. That same coworker was just as rude to the customers that she was helping out as well. There was an elderly lady hard of hearing, and the worker seemed to be yelling at her with an attitude like it's her fault she has bad hearing. I will not be taking my packages to this location anymore. I will be going to Fedex/UPS if I'm in the Bridgeton area.
I have been to this post office many times and have received nothing less than excellent service! These clerks do an outstanding job. Keep up the good work!
The absolute worst post office. My mail is constantly getting lost. I receive the wrong addressed mail at least once a week. I usually have to walk it over to the correct address. Complaining does nothing. Never an apology. How hard is it to look at the numbers and put it in the correct mailbox?
I walked up to the glass doors at 5:00 p.m. exactly apparently when they close, and as they were locking the glass doors in front of me The two workers did not even have the courtesy to look up at me or say we're closed. I will admit that going anywhere when they are about to close is not too cool, but neither were these workers.
