They are incredibly helpful (also nextdoor Hazelwood MO USPS). I was told by my local office they suck and not helpful at all. I went there in person and called them directly. My local USPS office was wrong and possibly lied to me. I almost cried how amazing staff and professionalism here...
Cant get a package to go through this town.nSets for days,weeks now .nCalled , added tracking updates.nStill setting
Sent email re: delayed package, and was told they couldn't help me. Why do they even have this issue on their website then? Multiple excuses without merit.
I not recommend this place I'm waiting 24 hours when give me the door and I'm still wait 10 hours and it's not unloaded yet it's still red light
