Barb, the post master at this location was incredibly helpful. She worked at the O'Fallon MO post office when I called in with my complaint. I wasn't not happy the carrier misplaced my package and the people answering the phones giving me the run around so I spoke with Barb. After a good lengthy conversation about what happened, she took the time out of her day to help me despite the chaos. More importantly, she genuinely cared to resolve my problem. She apologized for the miscommunication, informed me of their process and got me a solution. She went out of her way to call me on the weekend from home just to ensure I received my package. Even though she normally works at the Hazelwood location, while she was working at O'Fallon, I was very pleased to reach someone like her.
I not recommend this place I'm waiting 24 hours when give me the door and I'm still wait 10 hours and it's not unloaded yet it's still red light
At first was told to come back an hour later for my appointment time delivery, I asked since I'm the only truck out here with a delivery if they could do it before, thanks to Quinton, who was very polite and helpful, he check on the load and approved them taking it right away to unload it before my appointment time. I didn't sense any rudeness from either of the 2 ladies that I had brief contact with, both were polite and spoke nicely to me.
The worst company Appointment 09.24.2020 3.00 pm check in 09 24.2020 3.00 pm and unload me 09.25.2020 8.40 am
We have had medicines go between this location and Washington, MO three times and we live in Desoto, MOud83eudd2c
