Love the employees, always fast and friendly. Never had issues with missing packages, fast delivery time everytime I mail out of state.
Had a package marked as delivered but I have not received my package and cannot get a hold of a live person...who can help only automated service is available so what am I screwed
Not really pleased with the service of our postman right now. I have had two letters sitting in the mailbox since 9:30am. He just flew by on Highway 10, stopped to deliver the mail to the business next door, which does not have a street mailbox, but I guess my mail was deemed unimportant to him flying by. I'm now on hold with the only phone number that I can reach for the postmaster general. It is his job to stop when the mail flag is up! If he doesn't want to do his job, he should quit and let someone that wants to do it correctly do the job.
Least helpful post office I've ever used. One counter clerk likes to abuse my packages, squishing and bending the items inside, tries to force me to pay extra for services I don't need. I drive to the next town over sometimes to ship my packages. Looking into shipping my parcels through Fed Ex.
Great service! Sadly has no drop off bin like at other locations.
