If you drop off a pre-paid package and don't visit the counter with it, they will never scan it. Thus tracking doesn't start until some other place in the system gets around to scanning it. Home delivery doesn't always pick up mail from the mailbox. I put out a small package today inside the box with the flag up. Carrier simply added our incoming mail on top of it and my package did not go out. Come on, it really isn't that difficult to remove the outgoing mail before adding the incoming mail.

The most courteous USPS staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Tasha, the Post Master, is very knowledgeable and polite.

I have stopped in to drop off mail almost every day for the past 5 weeks and the service has been excellent and they are very nice and friendly!

This is for the Gambrills, MD office - I SO appreciate what they are doing during these challenging times but was taken back by the employee waiting on me wearing her mask incorrectly while i am not able to be 6ft away from her i was all decked out in my PPE but her nose was completely uncovered and barely had her mouth covered

Excellent customer service. The staff is friendly. They are open every day exceptnSunday for mail box at the post.
