Please answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe you are that busy that you cannot take phone calls. I hesitate to go into the office given the other experiences expressed on your website.
I went in today and specifically asked the guy working how many stamps in a sheet. He said 20 so i asked for two sheets of the “ serene rivers”. I put them in my purse and paid and when i got home there was only 12 on each sheet. Now im like 15 short for my Christmas cards. ud83dude44 Im pretty annoyed. How does a postal worker not even know how many stamps are on a sheet? Plus they’re completely out of xmas stamps on Dec 11th? Ridiculous! Luckily Safeway had xmas ones with 20 per book. Should have just gone there in the first place.
Had a horrible experience after dropping a priority mail package in the drop box at 7:30 am. A man ran out of the post office who I guess worked there, he wasn't wearing post office logo wear so I wasnt sure. He had my package in his hand and was yelling at me that I couldn't drop a box in the drop box because it could be a bomb and it is not allowed. He continued to yell at me over and over again but then wouldn't give me my package back. I don't understand. If this is the policy then they need a sign that priority boxes cannot be dropped in the box inside because other post offices in the area allow it. I don't feel the way I was treated was warranted considering the reason.
