The young lady working there was the rudest staff I have ever experienced at any post office. If she didn't want the job I'm sure there are countless others that would be glad to have her job
This is the worst post office. The woman behind the counter gave me a look like what are you doing here. Said hello to her three times and not a word from here. Worst customer service ever.
No wonder the post office can never make a profit. Standing again in long line one rude person working the counter. The only thing that can fix this and every other post office is free market and competition!!!
I'm not one to post a bad review just for the sake of it. You really have to tick me off. I can't speak to the customer service at the actual office, but I can say whoever has the route off of Forest Avenue is someone who does not care about their job or gives a single damn for customer service. I constantly witness their truck speeding down single lane residential streets. They've left tracks in my yard from turning around. My mailbox has been broken because they started driving away before closing the door fully, catching it against their truck. (And didn't even have the courage to come to my door to tell me - they just left it.)nnMy personal favorite lazy habit is them delivering packages and leaving them leaning against my garage door. In full view of the street, in the rain, and not 10 steps away from my porch! LAZY! My wife a couple weeks ago opened the garage door and backed over a package this government employee of the year had left.)nnI sure hope a manager reads this and does something. I've bit my tongue for too long...either give a SH*T about what our tax-dollars are paying you to do, or find another less customer-oriented line of work...
Everyone is right. Don't go here. If you do just have so your packages ready. Better yet, use the drop box. No address labels. I couldn't use any tape... Lady was no help. Terrible. I left without sending my packages.
