Sweet and friendly mail lady
Everytime my normal person dont deliver I have a problem. They need to take more pride in their jobs. They leave your mailbox open with packages hanging out. If it is not my normal person I wish they wouldnt touch my mail.
Everytime I get something delivered from Amazon and it comes through USPS, it never arrives and is showing delivered as the status.
They are rude and act as if they don’t know anything. Didn’t seem interested in helping me with my problem at all.
They “ accidentally” sent my package back to sender because the lady who used to live here had the same FIRST name. They passed me off to like 3 people and still refuse to fix their mistake. Now I’m out money and a package. The sender won’t refund because it was sent to correct address. They literally said mistakes happen oh well ud83eudd37ud83cudffc♀ufe0f . This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
