We mailed some pictures and they never arrived to the person they were sending them to
Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional staff that has zero respect or care for the customers they provide services to. Have cost us thousands of dollars over the last year with absolute nonsense after years and years of declining service. Shame since the old staff and postmasters were wonderful in every way.
I have had problems for many years of getting neighbors mail and having to take it to them. I have had issue where other neighbors get my mail. The numbers do not even match, Who ever is sorting it or putting in the box doesnt care. I recently just lost out on a package that im out of over 700 dollars becaue it got put in the wrong box or stolen, yet it was listed as delivered. I hope whoever got the new iphone is happy with it.
Post master Real nitpicky and thinks he's god, will sometimes drive to the Shreveport post office in order to avoid him.
