It's our hometown post office
They always get the job done. They always do their job no matter what even when working around no
I think the carriers deliver mail when they want to. My informed delivery will say I’m getting mail today and then when I check my mail I don’t have any. Next thing I know it was delivered to another address with same name as mine except its lane and mine is crossing. The mail carriers need to pay attention when they assort the mail. Because I’ve lost several important pieces of mail due to your negligence. Sometimes they just don’t deliver my mail at all.
This is the best post office! The employees are absolutely great! We deal with other post offices around and Rockmart has them all beat!
Rude workers, lazy workers who don't want to do their job, they leave their phone on so people can't call... just been awful anytime I've tried to do anything there
