Worst postal service ever! They have been late so many times! Lost my packages numerous times over years of service! They always have an excuse! They lost in truck took it home! Whatever I'm tired of it! They need to be investigated!!!!
Convenient and no line quick service.
Said they left a package on my front porch at 7:45 pm on a Saturday . No !!!!! Security Cameras back that up . Tried calling to see what happened . Rings , automated voice . Transfer to agent then hangs up . How do you track a package if you can't speak with anyone . But shows delivered to the company . Thankfully I have done business with this particular company many times and they believed me . Issued a refund . What's going on Leesburg ?
This is the most messed up post office I have ever saw in my 38 years ! I'm a property manager and I play a roll to delivery mail to the right spot ... I speed 20 min of my day to receive and deliver mail cause they cant ! The boxes are numbered and it dont matter cause they cant match it. I've been on them for 2 + years now about it and nothing still the same ... they have sent back more of my Bill's than delivered and state I dont live here to them ...what ? This place is a joke and needs to be shut down !
Poor mail delivery service. Keep getting other people's mail so now I'm delivering it. Had several packages missing or left at other houses.
