I have used this location many times to send off packages to paying customers. Only had one issue. May be my own fault. The one and only time I was in a hurry and dropped off a pre-paid package at the counter and did not get my receipt, the package disappeared. The tracking number never showed as checked in. The package never arrived. I had to issue a full refund and apologize to my customer. My advice is to wait in line, get your receipt. Depending on the inherent value of the item, get the insurance coverage.
I know it's the holidays but waiting 3 weeks for an item that was dropped off to be SCANNED in is ridiculous. It's still missing and it was meant for Christmas. I doubt it'll be found in time.

i was told if they lose or misplace your mail there is nothing they can do about itni will tell my customers to use FedEx from now on and if i could give no stars i would!!!nvery disappointing and they wonder why they are losing money they should fire the incompetent employees no self accountability over and over again putting my mail in the neighbors boxnbut this last time nobody knows!
It is a very small post office, but the staff is always delightful and accommodating. I wish the road in front of it is easier to enter/exit, as the road rules force you to go around the block to be able to enter the parking lot if you are on the other side of the road, or unable to turn left if you are exiting. I have a PO box there, and while most of my experiences are ok, a few times, mails/packages were opened when they looked like they had a valuable item inside.
