Refused to deliver a SKIRT to my mailbox. Um...what? They listed it as an exception. Why don't you just go ahead and admit you just didn't feel like delivering it? Stuff like this happens a lot actually. Once, I got two books and they delivered one to my mailbox and another to a different one. The address was the exact same on each package! Luckily, I have a trustworthy neighbor. I understand things are probably swamped and stressful right now, but I'm not quite sure why they are taking it out on me. A good note is that I always have an excellent experience during the times I've had to go up there to retrieve a package. So, thanks for that at least.

Horrible experience kept hanging up on me because they didnt know answers to my questions and shut off my mail delivery for no reason at all very rude staff everyone that got on call had bad attitudes I really wish they would hire people with people skills and know what they are doing.
Mail is often not delivered. It shows up in the “Informed Delivery” email, picture and all, but then doesn’t show up in the mailbox. Where is it going? Nobody knows. All I can do is check the “I didn’t receive this mailpiece” box, which does nothing to fix the problem.nnI understand a miss here and there. But this has been a couple of times a week. Maybe they should check their couch cushions?
