Shipped a package to MI on Monday (Priority Mail). It supposed to arrive in 2-3 business days. It is Friday and still none received. Moreover USPS changed tracking system, it is impossible to track a package now, says in transit. In transit where? I called customer support, was unable to get live operator, shame! Finally, local stuff is very unfriendly.
Great staff always friendly and beyond helpful with any mailing needs.
We are working in hours business company that open 11.30 everyday. In the past (the previous delivery guy) he has no problem about deliver our stuffs. But right now we never get a package a lot of package has to returned to the sender. The new delivery guy talk to us that “ You have to get a mailbox in front of your place “ We can’t do that because this area it is a Plaza! We are not the landlord we’re just renting this place we can’t do anything. And our question is why the past years we are never get this problem before? (We are here more than 8 years)nAnd I just called to USPS in North Billerica the guy that talked to me just said “No” you have to come here to pick up your stuff. He didn’t even help and kind of rude. :(
Nicest, friendliest staff. Just two gentlemen, but they keep this GS moving nicely.
