Jen was incredibly helpful, while they do not renew passports at this location, she was able to pull up the information about numerous other post office hours, and even printed up a form for me in order to be ready for my visit. Excellent service!nnFor the location of this BC USPS location, enter McElroy Commons located at 325 Beacon Street (at the intersection of Beacon Street and College Road), and make your way to the second floor. If you are entering from the bottom floor, walk through the Eagle’s Nest dining area and enter through the door in the back.
They have a new person at this location now. The lady is super nice and friendly. Unlike the old guy that used to work there who was mean and nasty.
Never seen such an arrogant manner in other USPS locations. Yes, even by USPS standard the guy is horrible.
The guy at the desk is so rude!
