This was the best service I’ve had at a post office. All hope was lost when my package was not delivered due to an error with the address on the package. Xavier and Louis both went above and beyond with locating my package. Couldn’t be more happier with service I received. Thank you guys for your diligence and your help with an helping correct an error that we made.
They changed my mailbox lock without my consent now my key doesn’t work for MY ASSIGNED MAILBOX I GOT WHEN I MOVED INTO MY APARTMENT COMPLEX. I had a package delivered and I don’t even know where my mail is going. Told them what was going on said they’ll call me back and never did. Definitely WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.
So rude and unprofessional, young hispanic guy at the desk before I can explain anything was already talking over me. My mailbox door was broken and I was told they usually take mail back to the post office. When I walked in to ask if I had any mail.. I was told no without even checking. Mind you I've been there before to pick up mail with my I.D. I had to ask him three times if he could check. I still feel he didn't, just went to the back and came back. In times like this, the last thing a person needs is bad customer service. You checking for mail can't not be that much of an inconvenience to you. I actually left crying I was so disappointed. A person never knows what someone is going through. I wasn't asking for much. Sad!
If 0 stars were possible ... that's where this would be. A USPS carrier just drove by my business at 9:11 today to drop off an Amazon package: (tracking # 9361289747009035872280) and a) did not put it in the parcel drop, and b) lied and said we were not open. #despicable #liarnnWe are open every day of the week from 7:30A to 9:00P and had the door WIDE OPEN when they drove by. #despicable #lazynnI will avoid using the USPS going forward. I am disgusted by this encounter. #nointegrity
Worse mail delivery service from this zip code. My packages are constantly being placed in other mail boxes at our complex. You only have one job which is to deliver packages! If you can’t do that properly find another job! The mail person will get an ear full from me because this is my hard earned money that is being thrown around and gifted to other people!
