The worst post office. I now have two packages that said were delivered and are missing.
One was delivered with a ripped open bag and nothing inside. And the other I even had it with a signature requested to make sure it wouldn't get stolen and it was never delivered.
This post office marked multiple packages as Delivered to me and never delivered them. Somehow the packages also did not get returned to the sender. Now I use a different post office for all of my mail.
I love how close this post office is to my office. It's convenient. I know that it's a single employee that needs to take a lunch and sometimes things take longer than expected. I only either go before noon or after 2pm and don't have issues! He's very helpful and friendly!
The hours are a little inconvenient, the little store is rarely open (which I rarely need anyway), and parking is terrible, but OMG is this so much better than going to the Post Office on 8850 South 700 East. Tesa is pleasant and personable, and there is hardly ever a long line. She alone is worth the hassle of trying to find parking, with two little kids, on the street, and aiming to get there between their short open hours.
I've had fantastic service at this location every time I have visited. Parking is right in front and there is always an open spot. Super convenient. Thanks USPS!!
