Stopped by this post office location more than several times. It has been a 3-1/2 star rating nothing out of the ordinary based on behind the counter postal staffers.
Today, I waited in line, the line was short, then become long again, depending on traffic flow patrons coming and going, understandable.
When it came to my turn, stepped up the counter, dropped off a very small cardboard package box, the postal clerk man greeted me professionally, pleasant-nice; because I had to get something in my vehicle, I left my space, let other patrons take my spot.
I returned, stood in line, it was not a long wait even though I had 4 people in front of me. I was greeted by another postal clerk man, he was pleasant-friendly-nice-helpful; it was a swift in-out service, done with quickly.
It was a good-positive in person visit experience. Will continue to return to this post office on 10200 South Redwood just right off of 10600 South & Redwood.
Our mail service is much improved in our neighborhood. Delivery is the same time every day and we now get the right mail!
A bit rude - at least the guy that served me because the other one seemed nicer.
No one answered the phone 4 times I called through the day.
I've had nothing but a nightmare with this post office. My packages are continually scanned as delivered and never actually delivered. The contracted mail carrier drives a broken in window van and continually makes mistakes over and over again. TODAY FOR THE 6TH TIME MY PACKAGE WAS SCANNED AS DELIVERED TO A PO BOX. I do not have a po box and I live in a residential neighborhood. I own a business and rely on the mail for my supplies. YOU CAN NOT RELY ON USPS FOR YOUR MAIL DELIVERY. Angela has been helpful in getting me my packages but why does she have to do that? WHY CAN'T USPS HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DELIVER MAIL PROPERLY?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS POST OFFICE, ALL YOU WILL HAVE IS A NIGHTMARE.
This post office is terrible. I fear ordering anything online anymore. I have lived in this house for about a year now and so far have not received 4 packages of my own. They mark them as delivered and they never show up. Today I went out to the community mailbox because I’m missing a package that was marked as delivered 4 days ago. Nothing was in my mailbox but I decided to snoop around. In an unlocked mailbox was a $300 camera my boyfriend ordered months ago. We would have never known to check that mail box if I wasn’t snooping around for my missing package! I’m located on the west side of daybreak.
Update 2 months later and things have gotten worse. We officially have lost over 10 packages due to the mail man working. 2020 and we can’t order online because the packages never make it to our house.
