The older woman who works here is nice and helpful. She keeps her cool and is professional even when dealing with tough customers! I wish all postal employees were like her.nLine can get long once in awhile but I miss this post office since I moved!
I just read the reply from the owner/manager? How dare you say that I was the rude one. That is so unprofessional and absolutely false. I would love for you to post that tape!!!!!. And let's see how your customers respond. I don't care how long your young man has worked there - so he now has the right to be offensive to customers. If you think he was not rude, to put it mildly, then you have serious customer service issues of your own. I am applalled and will be contacting your corporate offices. Save that tape!!

We got the mail after one week . The guy said that Brain on Vacation. So the mail stops when Brain is off, and we have a service point .
