I recently moved down to this location a few months ago and the post office is near my home. Vivian was so rude telling me that I was to close to the counter step back and other rude comments as weeks went by.nAs I became a regular she's a little calmer with me. She is not a nice post office clerk.
It’s well after lunch, they have one person on the window and the place is dirty. Equipment ( priority boxes and such) look as if they haven’t been put in the lobby for at least a week and of course there’s no director in the lobby . I went to the door for supervisor assist and no one still hasn’t responded.nWhy is this office still open or maybe you should look into the management.nnYoung man on window very nice and professional!
The lady that works there is so rude and lacks customer service skills. I needed 3-4 pieces of tape to protect my shipping label and she was just nasty to me. Multiple times. I’ll just go to another post office. Be blessed
They have been delivering my mail wrong for literally 9 months now. My mailbox is clearly marked with name AND address. I have visited and spoke with the manager in person, I have called, I have emailed multiple times about this. It's like my mail carrier cannot read. My credit card companies are closing my cards because of returned mail. I am THIS CLOSE to sitting next to my mailbox in a lawn chair all day and having words with the mail carrier myself because I really don't understand where the job becomes so difficult that she can't deliver mine or my neighbor's mail correctly. You look at the name and address and put it in the corresponding box. FIX THIS USPS- it's infuriating!! I'm about ready to open a case! Unbelievable
