The Customer Service that I received by a so called Manager Rashid was less than ok or even up to even poor standards! He was rude, did barley understand me, was not helpful at all , I was even told to go look for my package myself! When asking for someone above him he said his boss wasn’t there and he don’t know when she would come in! He should not hold any title with this company or even given employment! We have enough unemployed people that would give better customer service to customers! Worst experience and to make it so bad I have to deal with this office due to my zip code!
Heavy bald staff member should absolutely find a new job. I was confused by what he was saying and he was so rude about it. If your job makes you that miserable, I suggest you find a new one. I left without mailing my packages because I couldn’t take his awful attitude

Larry, Arthur, and Kevin are AMAZING! I do business here daily and it’s always a pleasure! They take the time to get to know you and are very efficient. I’ve been to multiple post offices in Lee County and this is the location I choose to call gone for my small business! I look forward to my daily post office trip!
I visit this Post Office at least twice a week. This office staff is efficient and friendly. If I ever have a question the counter workers are knowledgeable and helpful.
