For some reason my sister’s package never got delivered but says delivered. The office is extremely rude and disrespectful. In order to get anything done I had to call headquarters. Ridiculous. I’m trying to figure out why I’m doing YOUR JOB! Why the heck do I have to go search my complex to get a package that YOU AND I BOTH KNOW WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG MAILBOX! Chad stop playing with me and refund my money. The address was correct and there should be no reason why the “key was left in the mailbox” like what the hell does that mean? You and your workers need to pay attention!
1st Class all the way, I used to work for USPS and have to thank everyone who works there. Actually had a packaged delivered from the Postmaster.

I have gone to the post office to complain several Times about moving our mailbox to my road because someone is tampering with our mail. The mailbox is left open and someone keeps hitting it making it lean. Why do I have to ask if the mail carrier would like to deliver my mai on my street, and of course they don't want to. What are my other options to go pay a box fee. No!!
These people need to learn how to be more hospitable with their customers. Kathy Strayer here face was like a beast and her mannerisms were the same. Customer services need to improve.There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.
