I’m not sure why this has such low stars. Every time I have come here to do normal things at a post office everything has been completely normal. The staff has always been friendly. I went just this morning, no line, helped right away, the women helping me showed me different Christmas stamps because that’s what I came there to get. She was friendly and enthusiastic and I really appreciate that!
USPS SERVICE IS THE WORST ALL THE WAY AROUND. CANT FIND MY PACKAGE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE. CANT GET IN CONTACT WITH NO ONE BECAUSE NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT. NO ANSWER. I WORK SO BOUT TIME I GET OFF THEY CLOSED. I WISH AMAZON WAS MY MAIL SERVICE. WAY BETTER THAN USPS
Went to this post office today .. and it is sad to say how poor the service is .. I was in there for almost one hour waiting with only two people ahead of me .. This office has only one gentleman working behind the counter moving as if he has all the time in the world .. wow .. never again .. why is it that minority communities seem to have this I don't care attitude... Literally the best post office staff ....hearts are so pure. Most patient people in post I have ever met.
