Every time I go there all the workers are so sweet and helpful. I hate going anywhere else to send mail! Truly love coming here

I worked here and it can be a stressful job. This was one of my favorite jobs. I believe it might have changed a bit since, hopefully. (Pay, how many people are at the register, and some staff as well.) I do know if you are at the register as a customer and you look at the screen, you will get confused on the charges because it shows every option. Right before the holidays, lunch time and closing time it is extremely busy. Expect a wait. Please be patient. Staff might come off the wrong way but customers have not made it easy and sometimes it is overwhelming if you're the only one up front. Your packages might not arrive right away, but it is a university and everyone is ordering off of Amazon. Families are sending care packages. Students sign up for every magazine known to man. They also process mail to be sent to staff, students and promotional stuff as well. It is a very busy place. Believe me when I was there we worked as hard as we could to get everything where it needed to be promptly, and try to take into consideration that everything needs to be accounted for.. It takes time.. because we don't want to hear from you or your parents why something is missing by being rushed. Be patient.nnEdit: This post office does not offer all USPS services. Also, agreeing with the review that says please get your stuff ready before you come to the counter and to be considerate of everyone else in line.

I've only mailed stuff out but when I go there the staff are very helpful. The only complaint I have is the line gets long sometimes.
