This post office is the definition of slow and incompetent. If you're shipping anything but 1st class don't bother paying the upgrade. This location has held several priority packages for up to a week before they leave this location. The estimated priority ship time is normally 2 to 3 days. You're lucky if it leaves this location in 2 to 3 days. You can see the updates online. Unless a customer specifically requests USPS, I now only use UPS and FedEx. The pricing is about the same.
The carrier actually lost one of my packages, now it will take weeks to get refunded my money, and good luck trying to get an answer when you call.
Debra Hughee went above and beyond in service. Kudos to her for being so kind and helpful at closing time by printing a label for me and providing the tape to attach to the package. A refreshing experience! Thank you!
With covid and the amount of packages/mail coming in and out, there's bound to be issues with deliveries. But I give credit where credits due. The people working front/back end of this usps facility are champs. They are efficient and have amazing customer service skills. They deserve more praise!nnUpdate: For the people living in gated communities, some delivery people aren't given remote access to enter the premises. Please enform management of this issue.
No stars should be one of the choices. Worst post office on the planet. I have a business on Fowler Avenue and its almost 3 PM and still no mail which is usually here by noon. You call and it rings FOREVER AND THEN YOU JUST GET DISCONNECTED. Benn trying to get through to them for 2 hours and still NOTHING. THEY SUCK
