These management at this branch have been horrible for the last 3 years. They do not care to accommodate small businesses who spend money with them. I spend more money every day than the entire payroll for the whole office on postage yet I cannot get my packages scanned and I have to take 50 or more boxes every day to another city where the office is open later. Customer service is extremely poor. If you are planning to start a small business which depends on the post office please reconsider your choice of location. Howey in the Hills will not service their customers and they take pride in this.

Frequently deliver packages to the wrong address

Today is January 4th, 2019. USPS tracking said my package was delivered in the parcel locker. I get home at 5pm and see that my package is on the side of the road half a mile away from my home soaked in rain. Beyond ridiculous. Glad I saw it and stopped otherwise it would’ve been gone.nnUpdating my existing review from 3 months ago, today is November 24, 2018 and I just dropped off a package at this post office. I saw a delivery guy loading his postal truck and he wasn’t placing the packages inside the truck he was tossing them inside. I guarantee somebody will have some damaged packages and/or damaged items. Ridiculous at the lack of care and respect. If you don’t like your job and won’t take pride in it or show some respect for the customers, quit and let somebody else take your job that will appreciate it and do it correctly.nnReview from 3 months ago below:nnThis post office is horrible. The mail delivery times are always inconsistent. I’ve had my mail delivered to a neighbor several times when my name and address is clearly printed on the packages, mail marked out for delivery then rerouted to Georgia and back, today I had two bars of specialty soap coming in a package and I get updated stating USPS couldn’t get to my front door or mailbox. Two small bars of soap you guys, the mailbox is at the end of the driveway with nothing around it to hinder delivery and can fit two bars of soap or put the package in the lockbox part. It’s not that hard. Can’t get to my door? They’ve left packages at my gate before. Completely ridiculous, I get tired of wasting my time and gas to pick up packages that ARE deliverable but the employees here can’t get their **** together. My package was coming from amazon and I know they have a contract about shipping so they had to mark my package with some bull**** excuse because they failed to do their job correctly and didn’t want to hinder their dealings with amazon. So, don’t expect to reap the benefits of having amazon prime, you’ll probably get your package in a year if this post office is delivering it. Should be ashamed of themselves.
