Walked in and package was on the way as soon as I set it down ... go early no line no waiting and no complaining
Becky was so helpful when I came in to complete the passport process. She was patient even though I didn’t haven’t everything ready and also took a great picture. ud83dude0a We always time our visits to avoid peak hours...I can’t imagine handling all the volume they do and doing the additional services.nnI have also seen the workers here advising customers on the most affordable ways to ship packages and I appreciate that!
I didn't understand how postal services could be bad BEFORE I spoke with the clerk at the Burlington Post Office about a missing package of mine. If I can, I'd give zero star to their customer service. Based on my experiences with the clerk, I trust that other reviews complaining about their services are absolutely correct. She was very rude and reluctant to work with me to resolve the issue created by their delivery service. I could see her looking down on me, and I still don't understand why I was treated as if I did something wrong when I asked what was going on with my package which has been missing without updated tracking information. I wish I would not have to go there to deal with the trouble like this.
The US Postal service is easily the most incompetent delivery service I've ever dealt with! Most mishandled packages and late deliveries of orders I've ever dealt with is from USPS...
Came for passport at 9.30am and had to wait for a family of three who didn’t come prepare for anything, didn’t have form didn’t have photo, instead of set them aside while filling forms they had everyone waited for that family to write their forms and take their photos. Everyone ended up waited for almost an hour. I guess it explains all the reasons why post office is where it is today.
