Honestly if I could give 0 stars - I would . Especially for the last year . I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service , such terrible timeliness . My packages have been saying “out for delivery” for the last week and they were said to be here a week ago . Everything I’ve had sent has been overnighted - and PAID for overnighted . They refuse to look into it , at this point I’m out around 250$ In overnight fees , and the packages still have not been delivered (7 days post due date)nnI don’t understand how the biggest mailing parcel in the United States is having so many issues . FedEx and UPS are doing just fine . I run a business that requires mail in /mail out(used USPS because the rates are undeniable )and will definitely be switching to UPS from here on out.nnThrough my tracking numbers everything has been to the T and done properly . It’s once the package makes it to Havana Florida , is when the issues occur. I see the same exact car delivering mail every day .nnIs the usps parcel itself just a bunch of worthless workers ? Or does the mail carrier just pick and choose ;what they’re delivering today ?!nnHopeful , they will get it back together . They’ve lost my business not only in Havana , but United States wide; as well .
Took the time to help me! I had received a notice stating my package could not be delivered due to insecure location. I went to the post office to pick it up. Dawn went above and beyond to help find the package. It was a refrigerated parcel and delivery person had put it in the refrigerator to keep it from spoiling. I appreciate the effort by everyone there.
Our normal mail lady is amazing!!! But the lady that fills in for her in the black car delivering mail on tobacco road in Havana is nasty, she yells and swears at you when she makes a mistake. She keeps putting my mail in the wrong mailboxes and when you tell her she freaks out on you. I plan on reporting her when the office opens today. This is uncalled for, if you are a postal worker you need to be decent and not a POS too people....
I live on Cascade Fall Way in Havana and have the best two postal delivery people in the united states...a young woman and a man...I adore them both and they are so helpful. I wish I knew their names!
When I was in the hospital undergoing 2 back surgeries and then in the rehabilitation center for physical therapy, a mean-spirited USPS worker sent all of my mail back to the senders. I've had bills go astray and ended up being paid late which impacts my FICO score. I didn't receive get well cards sent by friends and family. My magazine subscriptions were cancelled and the companies won't reinstate my subscriptions unless I pay hundreds of dollars to reinstate my subscription.nnWhat I wouldn't give for an opportunity to talk to this person face-to-face and make sure that he/she would NEVER do a mean thing like this to another person and to tell that USPS worker the kind thing to do is to take the mail back to the post office to hold until the box owner can pick it up. You never know the reason the box is full and you should never assume that you do.nMy wish would be for the USPS worker to write a letter to all of the people, companies, etc. and explain what he/she did. Also I would like to have a sincere apology in writing.
