Always a pleasant experience here. Today I had 2 packages to ship and clerk helped me to secure it properly and showed me several options for quick delivery and best price. very awesome and helpful staff all around.
Post office has been helpful in every way they can to me. They stay very busy. They're always polite. That's good customer service.
This post office has lost 2 of my package now within a month!! The first time it happened Carrie (the carrier) was supposed to call me back but never did! The second time I finally got her on the phone & all she had to say was “sorry” with an attitude and then basically told me she could not do anything to help.nIt really makes me worry what other personal information of mine was delivered to other mailboxes, such as banking info, IRS info, credit card info etc.

Since the remaining battery life of my phone will not last for the 45 minute hold time, and since I don't have 30 plus minutes to stand in line, I will place my complaint here. WHY do packages get crammed into my mailbox?? There are times that I literally have to fight to get something out of the mailbox! Today was the last straw... I paid good money for a paperback book that got folded to fit into my mailbox. If it doesn't easily fit, then don't make it fit!!! The binding is trashed now, thank you!! Bring it to my door or leave a card asking me to go pick it, quit ruining the items that I order!!! As much money as the carriers make, you would think they would at least pretend to care!!
